Formalization Of The Criterion Of Efficiency Of The Message Management Information And Telecommunications Network

The article is devoted to the task of ensuring the efficiency of information exchange in information and telecommunication networks. The factors and methods that determine the effectiveness of information and telecommunications networks are analyzed. It is shown that the efficiency of use of network resources can be improved through the development and application of adaptive management methods. The mathematical optimization problem of choosing the most efficient network protocol is formulated.
