This pathology occupies one of the leading places in the structure of childhood morbidity and mortality. Analysis of risk factors in predicting the likelihood of acute obstructive bronchitis in children is essential for modern pulmonology. Acute pneumonia in patients with acute obstructive bronchitis occurs 4 times more often and almost always has a complicated course. When exposed to an infectious factor and other agents, various immunological changes are observed in children and the body's ability to develop a full-fledged post-infectious immunity is sharply reduced.
