The analysis of packet processing models in the flow tables of the OpenFlow switch is carried out, a model of pipelined packet processing is developed, simulation modeling of the OpenFlow switch with sequential and pipelined packet processing is carried out, the probabilistic temporal characteristics of packet servicing with Poisson and self-similar flows are determined.
