ТЕНДЕНЦИИ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ РЕСПУБЛИКИ УЗБЕКИСТАН В ЦЕЛЯХ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЙ КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТИ

In the context of modern economic development, the innovation dimension determines the trends of national economic development, ensuring sustainable socio-economic progress and competitiveness at both national and global levels. In recent years, issues related to the implementation of innovative activities have gained increased relevance in the Republic of Uzbekistan as well. The purpose of this article is to examine the trends of innovative development in the Republic of Uzbekistan and to identify the factors of innovation development that influence the country’s international competitiveness. The practical and scientific significance of the study is determined by a comprehensive analysis of the trends of innovative development in Uzbekistan, as well as by recommendations for identifying promising directions to enhance the country’s international competitiveness based on econometric modeling. The applied modeling approach makes it possible to identify the innovation development factors that have the strongest impact on international competitiveness. The analysis demonstrates that particular attention should be paid to the education sector, intellectual property protection, research and development financing, legislative and regulatory frameworks, and other related areas.
