Modeling of a railway warehouse commodity and material values accounting (on the example of a train depot)

The methodology for calculating the total carriage depot warehouse space and the optimal volume of the inventory items stock in the train depot of the “Uztemiryulyulovchi” (“Uzzheldorpass”) Joint Stock Company is presented. The formulas for determining the costs of placing and receiving all orders, the costs of storing stock for a certain period and total costs were defined. A logical data scheme that reflects the main points, necessary to automate the process of determining the stock of goods and materials in the warehouse of the train depot was suggested.
