Increasing the efficiency of the housing and communal services sector

AbstractThis article is given information about the establishment of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, the main directions of the organization of the system of storage and use of multi-apartment housing, thedirect and indirect link between the housing and communal services sector and other sectors of the national economy and the main part of the housing stock. The lack of a comprehensive approach to the management and use of the multi-apartment housing stock hinders the further improvement of the system of quality and guaranteed utilities to the population and leads to justified protests from homeowners.
