AbstractThe Food Program emphasizes that accelerated and sustained increases in grain production are a key issue in agriculture. The task is to meet the growing needs of the country in high-quality food and feed grain, to have the necessary state reserves of grain and its resources for export. Grain storage is a dynamic process during which it can change its properties. Maintaining the quality of the grain mass is the main goal of grain storage technology.
