Systematic Approach And Its Application In The Sphere Of Higher Education

The article deals with the importance of application of systematic approach in the system of higher education. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, special attention is paid to the improvement of the higher education system and the reformation of the content of the training of competitive higher education specialists and the management of innovative activities in higher education in accordance with modern requirements. In this regard, the problems of creating a national system of e-learning resources in key areas of knowledge, access to global educational resources and improving this infrastructure, the use of global and national e-learning resources in the educational process through information and communication technologies, development of material and technical base and network infrastructure is relevant.
