Inflation in law Making: Deep analysis of Uzbek legislation

AbstractIn the following paper the notion of normative inflation and its signs have been analyzed by the authors. The pace and efficiency of law making in the Republic of Uzbekistan have been discussed with the exact statistics found out with the aid of National Database of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (lex.uz) of Uzbekistan. The results of social survey, which was conducted among the professors-teachers staff and students of Tashkent State University of Law, have been revealed with a reasoned conclusion. In the conclusion the authors came into the point that the balance of adoption of normative legal acts and efficiency of law enforcement should be followed by the subjects of primarily and secondary law making.
