AbstractThe article analyzes the basics, conditions and procedure for admission to citizenship in a simplified manner in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, reveals the existing collisions and legal gaps.On the basis of international standards and comparative-legal analysis of the legislation of the CIS countries, proposals and recommendations were made to eliminate them.
