The disease is complex, differential diagnosis, especially congenital myopathy.Common signs of congenital structural myopathies are early onset, skeletal anomaly, generalizedmuscle hypotension, and severe complications from the cardiovascular system and respiratorytract. Statistical data The incidence of progressive Duchenne muscular dystrophy (PMDD) variesfrom 10 to 33 per 100 thousand boys in the general population
