PROCEDURAL GUARANTEES OF RIGHTS SUSPECTED AND ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

The issues of guarantees of protection of human rights and freedoms in criminal proceedings, including the rights and legitimate interests of the participants in the process, are investigated. Accordingly, this article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the topic of procedural guarantees of the rights of the suspect and the accused, who are among the persons defending their interests in the criminal process. The article also examines in detail the scientific views of scientists on the theoretical aspects of procedural guarantees of the rights of suspects and accused.\n\n
