The paper deals with the psychological factors having the essential role in the personality formation. It is noted that the formation of personality is a complex process of cognition, fixation, creative mastering world outlook, ideological, moral attitudes of society, the process of assimilation of social characteristics, knowledge and skills created by society, on the basis of which own vision and assessment of things is developed.
