CLINICAL CASE OF A GOOD RESULT OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CONGENITAL BILATERAL HYDRONEPHROSIS III DEGREE

On a global scale, widely comprehensive investments are carried out to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of obstructive uralopathy in children. In this regard, in particular, the positive solution of the scientific tasks of the following areas is important: further refinement of prognostic outcome markers and the result of the treatment of congenital kidney diseases and upper urinary tract; development of methods for reconstructive-plastic operations on the upper urinary tract; Determination of causal relationships between the restoration of the kidney function and the upper urinary tract at various times after the operation and the state of the kidney parenchyma, the violation of urodamics before the operation. From this point of view, it is an urgent topic of this study, aimed at solving the above tasks.
