Annotation: In this article the author reveals the modern trends of development of scientific thought in the field of criminal justice, the main ideas and views on the concept of a court decision, the views of various researchers involved in this issue.\n\nThe author gives his own vision of the concept of the judgment as a legal (procedural) legal registration of the truth revealed in the trial, given the judicial assessment of criminal procedural conflict.
