POLITICAL PARTY FACTIONS ARE AN IMPORTANT SUBJECT OF PARLIAMENTARY CONTROL

The article defines the legal nature of the multiparty system, the functional analysis of the factions of political parties through which it was determined that the factions of political parties are an important subject of parliamentary control. Analyzed the scientific research of scientists who have conducted research on this issue, sets out the author's own views.The influence of political parties' factions on the fulfillment of political parties' obligations in the election program is scientifically and theoretically substantiated. Proposals and recommendations have been developed to create clear mechanisms for effective "feedback" between the faction - party - electorate.
