Diagnostic criteria for coronaviral infection in patients with chronic viral hepatitis b

This article is devoted to the diagnosis of coronavirus infection COVID-19. The issues of the clinical course of COVID-19 with the allocation of various forms of the course of the disease in the presence of concomitant chronic viral hapatitis are discussed. A study was conducted of 62 patients with COVID 19 aged 16-40 years. The patients were diagnosed with COVID-19 based on PCR analysis and clinical course of the disease. The level of transaminases was determined - ALT, AST, thymol test, bilirubin and its fractions in blood serum, thymol and sublimate tests and ultrasound of the liver to assess the functional state of the liver.
