Surgical aspect of peritonitis therapy

In 298 patients with acute peritonitis treatment results have been studied 103 patients were the control who were given a traditional method of treatment. To the patients of the 2nd group after the operation simultaneously with traditional method of treatment ordered was a mix 1:5000 furacilin and 109 hypertonic solution of NaCl wash of the abdomen, with a ratio 2:1; the antibiotics were injected lymphotropically.    The 3rd group of the patients consisted of those whose complex treatment included also a lymphotropic injection of timalin. Applying a new composition of therapy of peritonitis improves results of the treatment; these are shown in: speeding up in cleaning of the abdomen from microbes and reducing in the resistance of the microbes toward the antibiotics, enhancing in the immunoactivity of the organism, shortening of the beddays.
