Аннотация

Abstract. The study of the spectral characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV) with its correlation patterns in prenatally infected children with cytomegalovirus (CMV), herpes simplex virus (HSV) types 1, 2 and Chlamydia trachomatis using cardiac rhythmography (CRG) established reliable signs of intrauterine infection for each relative and rank indicators of heart rate in separate ranges and subranges. Intrauterine infection leads to a pronounced tension of the regulatory systems in young children. There is a violation of the unified structure of autonomic regulation at the suprasegmental level (cardiovascular subcortical centers and the higher autonomic center) and, accordingly, a decrease in the ergotropic effect on the underlying centers (autonomous circuit of regulation, vasomotor center). This corresponds to the development of trophotropic reactions with inhibition of humoral mechanisms in providing adaptive reactions as a result of functional insufficiency of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system. The established regular correlation and rank relationships of markers of CMV, HSV, C. trachomatis and HRV parameters in children make it possible to use this method for stratification and non-invasive screening of intrauterine infection.
