Abstract. The article analyzes the age of formation of the menstrual cycle in puberty and the characteristics of the somatic status of women suffering from uterine fibroids.\n\nPurpose of the study. To assess the anamnestic data of the somatic and reproductive health of women with uterine fibroids by studying the age and nature of the formation of their menstrual function in puberty.\n\n Material and methods. This article presents data from a study of 115 records of women who underwent outpatient and inpatient treatment with uterine fibroids. All patients were identical in age, the average age of the patients was 29.6 + _1.2 years. As the main research method from the anamnesis, a general blood test was used, the level of hormones was used to determine FSH, LH, Prolactin, Progesterone, Estradiol.\n\n Results. Our analysis of the clinical manifestations of women of reproductive age with uterine fibroids revealed: deviations in the menstrual cycle starting from puberty: late or too heavy menstruation is accompanied by an increase or decrease in the amount of important hormones – estrogens.Quite often, uterine fibroids developed in women with hypertension, obesity, diseases of the cardiovascular system, as well as in women with a sedentary lifestyle. Also, one of the causes of uterine fibroids may be a genetic predisposition. At an early reproductive age, the number of progesterone receptors exceeds their content in the normal myometrium. This feature of the concentration of receptors makes myoma in its properties closer to the endometrium than to the myometrium.\n\nThis is possible, and is the reason for the growth of myomatous nodes than unchanged muscle tissue of the uterus, with the same level of hormones in the blood.
