Gender equality of Muslim women

Abstract: The author in the article examines the modern theory of gender in the region of the Central Asia. That the achievement of gender equality is an important part of the country's development strategy. In the Platform of Action, adopted at the Fourth World Conference on Women in 1995, defines a set of measures to implement the provisions of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. The penetration of another culture played an important role in the transformation of the Islamic way of life of the indigenous population, a process began - the process of Europeanization. The author also notes the Jadids in the issue of gender on the concept of rebuilding society and solving women's problems.
