The importance of differential diagnostics in the treatment of patients with covid-19. (clinical case)

Coronavirus infection (COVID-19) – is an acute infectious disease caused by a new strain of SARSCoV-2 coronavirus with an aerosol droplet and a home transmission mechanism(4). After the outbreak of the pandemic, WHO and other scientists began to study the virus and its consequences. Nevertheless, this virus was much "smarter" that it could transform into another strain, which treatment tactics could change from the classic form of the disease.\n\nLike many researchers, we also studied the features of the course of Covid-19, and decided to analyze in detail one patient in a clinical situation. in our study, we followed all clinical guidelines for diagnosis and treatment protocols, prescribed drugs as recommended Temporary guidelines for the management of patients infected with Covid-19 (fifth version). As a result, the patient after treatment was discharged from the hospital satisfactorily.
