LEGAL NATURE OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONAL LAWYERS - ATTORNEYS

The question of the legal nature of the institution of the Bar remains relevant throughout its history. The Bar is an institution of civil society, a professional association of lawyers created on a voluntary basis with the aim of providing qualified legal assistance. Strengthening the rule of law and ensuring law and order is a function of the state, for which it creates the appropriate apparatus and law enforcement agencies. All citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan have the same rights and freedoms and are equal before the law without distinction of sex, race, nationality, language, religion, social origin, beliefs, personal and social status, is approved in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The advocacy has a special role in strengthening the rule of law. The relationship between the state and the legal profession should be based on the principle of equal subjects. Within the framework of this master's thesis, the activities of lawyers are studied. The paper discusses the problems arising in the implementation of their professional duties to provide legal assistance to individuals and legal entities, in improving participation in legal proceedings. Setting the topic in this aspect required the formulation of principles for the study of professional skills, including through educational institutions. Therefore, part of the master's thesis is devoted to the study of the formation and functioning of lawyers. The study focuses on identifying the reasons for the legal education of civil society, as well as determining the specifics of their view, due to the receipt of legal assistance.
