AbstractThis review presents data revealing the pathogenesis of uterine bleeding during puberty, examines neuro-endocrine and immune mechanisms of regulation of the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls. The authors have formulated a conclusion summarizing modern research devoted to the study of the regulatory mechanisms of the reproductive system.
