Аннотация

Abstract The article presents the kinematics of the satellite interacting with the flexible links of the belt transmission of the epi and the hypocyclic planetary mechanism of the spindle drive of the vertical-spindle cotton harvester. The frequency rotations in the absolute and relative movement of the satellite in both zones are determined in an analytical form: the collection and removal of raw cotton from the spindle. The numerical values of the frequency rotation of the spindle for the first and second speeds of the harvester are obtained. Theoretically and experimentally, a curve is constructed in a linear form, a graph of the patterns of change in the frequency of rotation of the satellite from the number of revolutions of the carrier of the planetary mechanism. The coefficient of elastic sliding of the roller ξ along the belt and the crown block is obtained, which is equal to ξ = 0,07...0,168 and ξ = 0,126...0,138 respectively.
