A mechanism of interaction of natural silk with a dressing containing a hydrolyzed AHP (hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile) product was studied using the method of IR spectroscopy where a process proceeds in several directions: with the formation of ester and polypeptide bonds and chemical interaction between the components of the dressing.
