PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

The article analyzes the legislation on professional liability insurance. There is a tendency to introduce compulsory civil liability insurance by notaries, appraisers, auditors, court administrators. The author comes to the conclusion that the introduction of mandatory liability insurance of persons engaged in medical activities is the most optimal mechanism for ensuring the fulfillment of obligations.
