Multilevel E-portfolio Model in the System of Advanced Training of Academic Staff in Uzbekistan

An electronic portfolio is an effective means of assessing the professional activity of teaching staff and shows the level of their academic activity in the digital educational environment. The classical model of an electronic portfolio, described by many scientists, includes five main components - general information; the results of educational, methodological, research and organizational activities. This article describes the structure of a new model of an electronic portfolio of academic staff of higher educational institutions, which has gone from a classical model to a multilevel model. The multilevel model of the electronic portfolio of academic staff of higher educational institutions includes Personal Electronic Portfolio, Electronic Portfolio of the Higher Educational Institution and Electronic portfolio of the Centre for Retraining and Advanced Training.
