Аннотация
In the etiology, generalization, and chronicization of periodontal inflammatory diseases, one of the decisive meanings is the violation of the species and quantitative composition of oral microflora, determining the appearance, clinical manifestations, and progression of periodontal tissue lesions. Unreasonable and uncontrolled use of chemopreparations in treating periodontal diseases leads to the formation of strains resistant to antibacterial therapy. This can be avoided by using antiseptic drugs which have a broad antibacterial spectrum and do not induce microbial resistance, such as "Eludrill", "Parodium" and "Elgidium" which are characterized by long deposition of the drug.
