CONCEPTUAL AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO SOLVING ETHNIC PROBLEMS

In this article, the concept and principles of the ethnic problem, the existing theoretical views and conceptual approaches to solving the ethnic problems, the historical-legal basis and political mechanisms of solving the ethnic problems are studied and analytically researched. It also reveals issues of solving ethnic problems in mono-ethnic, multi-ethnic, non-ethnic (not based on any ethnic groups) states or in homogeneous and heterogeneous societies.
