Synthesis and structure of complexes of transition metals with collagen for dyeing mixed materials
Аннотация
Coordination complexes of transition metal ions (copper, chromium, nickel, iron, cobalt) with collagen have been synthesized in the interaction of collagen solutions and metal salts. The interaction of salts with collagen was established by the method of IR spectroscopy with Fourier transform. The complex is formed due to the coordination interaction of the metal ion with the nitrogen and oxygen atoms of collagen and water. The composition and structure of the complex was determined by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray phase analysis. A change was found in the ratio of the number of atoms in the complexes in comparison with the initial substances. With complex formation, the degree of collagen crystallinity increases. The synthesized color complexes Cr3+ and Cu2+ with collagen were tested as dyes for textile material. To prepare the material for dyeing, decoction was carried out in a soap-soda solution and further mercerization in a sodium hydroxide solution. A technological sequence and modes of dyeing textile fabric from a mixture of polyester and cotton fibers are proposed.
