ISSUES OF RE-SOCIALIZATION OF THE CONVICTS IN SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The article analyses the formation of various systems of penitentiary institutions and bodies, the development and application of science-based methods of dealing with the convicts, rich practical experience in preparing for social life, as well as their classification and differential approach, as well as a number of proposals for the introduction of these best practices of Finland, Switzerland, the Federal Republic of Germany, the UK, the USA, Japan and South Korea to the national practice.
