Аннотация

Abstract The article cites the block diagram and the principle of operation of resource-saving construction, the substantiation of parameters of the compound cam batten mechanism of the loom. Methods and results of theoretical studies on determination the degree of mobility and parameters of the mechanism are given. The results of experimental studies on determination of loading and optimization of parameters based on strain gauge methods and full factorial experiments are presented, the results of production tests are given. The results of experiments showed that the recommended version of the batten mechanism can significantly reduce the noise during operation, and the breakage of threads is practically eliminated. The uniformity of cloth formation has been increased, as well as productivity has increased up to 20% due to an increase in the speed modes of cloth formation. A new efficient design of the batten mechanism with elastic elements has been developed. Based on theoretical research, the parameters of the batten mechanism have been substantiated. A prototype of the batten mechanism has been made and tested.
