Abstract: The paper studies methodological issues related to the determination of the efficiency of investments in the structure of the industrial enterprises.\n\nThis article analyzes the constitutional fundamentals of effective development of building materials industrial enterprises. The methods of evaluation of the efficiency of investments are also studied in the paper.
