PERSONAL RIGHTS ENSURING MECHANISMS IN CRIMINAL PROCESS

The purpose of the ongoing judicial reforms to ensure reliable protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens in criminal proceedings, as well as to further strengthen citizens' confidence in justice, is to ensure the principle of "a person, his rights and freedoms are the highest value." Accordingly, this article scientifically researches the theoretical and legal aspects of the mechanisms for ensuring the rights of the individual in the criminal process. The article also analyzes the scientific views of scientists on the theoretical aspects of the mechanisms of ensuring the rights of the individual in the criminal process
