IS THE FORMATION OF "BLACK HOLES" POSSIBLE WITHOUT COLLAPSE?

Abstract: The aim of the article is to attempt to explain certain moments in the <br> mechanism of the emergence and evolution of “black holes”. In particular, the <br> question of the formation of supermassive "black holes" is considered and an <br> assumption is made as to why they are necessarily located in the center of galaxies.
