PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION OF PLANT VOCABULARY

The problem of classifying plant terms in linguistics still remains relevant, as the multiplicity of approaches and criteria serves as a factor in various confusions. The article discusses the problems of classification of lexemes of this group and the peculiarities of the principles used by linguists. In our view, the most basic principle of semantic classification is to clearly define terms and identify motivational features.
