AbstractIn the article the concept of improper performance of professional duties was analyzed on the basis of the opinions of scientists and materials of practice, as well as the problems of improper performance of professional duties were identified, substantiated proposals and recommendations on amendments and additions to the legislation to solve these problems were disclosed.
