Аннотация

Relevance. Recurrent miscarriage (RNP) is the loss of 2 or more pregnancies before 22 weeks of gestation, it is observed in 1–2% of all couples [1,3,7,11]. At present, repeated history of pregnancy loss is often combined with the inability to achieve spontaneous pregnancy, i.e. with infertility. As a result, patients with RPL often seek help from assisted reproductive technology (ART) clinics. Fetal aneuploidy may be one of the causes of RNP. Abortus karyotyping reveals chromosomal pathology in 20–60% of cases [2,4,5,10]. The live birth rate in ART programs in patients with RPL without preimplantation genetic screening (PGS), according to a few studies, is low, amounting to 15% compared with 42% with PGS in this group of patients [6,8]. There are no studies on the effectiveness of ART programs without PGS in patients with RPL [7,9].
