HISTORICAL-LEGAL DEVELOPMENT OF CONCEPT OF LOBBYISM

This article provides detailed information about the concept of lobbying, its essence and components, as well as about the three main stages in the development of this phenomenon and its history. In addition, the role of this activity in the experience of foreign countries, in particular in the United States, Japan and the EU countries, is described by examples of the consequences of legalizing activities in these countries, along with specific aspects of activity. In addition, information was provided on the negative and positive impact of the phenomenon on the development of civil society, as well as its contribution to the economic and legal spheres of the state.
