ATOPICAL PATHOLOGY IN CHILDREN: IMPROVEMENT OF CLINICAL APPEARANCE, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT
Аннотация
All over the world, allergic diseases occurring among children and adolescents occupy a leading position. They are a severe health care system problem, as they lead to a decrease in quality of life and cause disability.\n\nSeveral scientific studies are being carried out worldwide to determine the frequency of occurrence and causes of the development of allergic diseases in children, the features of clinical and immunological aspects, and to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment. It is also necessary to substantiate the incidence of allergic diseases (the example, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis) in children living in industrialized regions to identify specific risk factors for developing allergic diseases and the influence of adverse environmental factors. In this regard, substantiating the particular clinical and immunological features of allergic pathology and establishing the relationship between specific IgE, leukotriene receptors, and other markers in the development of allergic diseases in children is necessary. Improving the early diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases, and evaluating the effectiveness of differentiated methods of treating children with allergic pathology remains a priority for scientific research by specialists.\n\nThis monograph is devoted to epidemiological features and clinical and pathogenetic aspects in the development of allergic pathology in children. Based on our research and data from domestic and foreign literature, the monograph presents the current state of the problem of allergic pathology in children, highlighting the mechanism of development, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of the disease
