Аннотация

ABSTRACT\n\nThe mechanisms of intrauterine infection and intrauterine fetal infection are still not fully understood. The main role in the progression of pathological processes belongs to the violation of immune homeostasis in the mother – placenta – fetus system. Against the background of pregnancy, changes in the systemic and local cytokine profile occur.\n\nClinical and immunological examination of 122 children with infectious and non-infectious pathologies was carried out. The control group consisted of 30 healthy newborns with a physiological course of the early period of adaptation. During the period of early and late adaptation, blood and urine tests for cytokines were performed.\n\nThe study of the frequency and structure of perinatal pathology showed that during the studied period of time, newborns were born annually in different numbers in the Bukhara region. However, on average, 32.6 cases of perinatal pathologies requiring urgent correction are registered annually. A significant contribution to the increase in the frequency of perinatal pathology in the Bukhara region in recent years has been made by the perinatal central nervous system (CNS), intrauterine infections (IUI) and gastrointestinal tract dysfunction.\n\nThus, a retrospective study conducted on the example of the Bukhara region showed the importance of studying the features of the frequency of perinatal pathology both for planning medical care for the population, in particular for newborns and young children and for solving problems of continuity in the management of such patients.
