Аннотация

The article analyzes the role of marketing in increasing the efficiency of food industrial products, the main problems in the industry, food safety, prospects for the application of modern electronic systems in the field, the views of scientists of our country and foreign countries on the development of food industry. The method of comparative analysis was used in solving the problems and scientifically based suggestions were made.
