Transport logistics of Uzbekistan: The analysis of development potential

Management of material flows at the regional, national, or international levels is one of the main directions of the macroeconomic policy of any state. No economy can develop progressively if an effective functional model of the transport and logistics system has not been created.For Uzbekistan, which is distant from the International Seaway by the territories of two or more states, the cost of transporting export and import goods is becoming a critically important factor of competitiveness.Therefore, the sustainable and efficient functioning of transport throughout the country and in international transportation is a guarantee of the unity of economic space, the free movement of people, goods and services, the development of competition and entrepreneurship, improving the conditions and living standards of the population, ensuring the integrity and national security, integration into the world economic space.
