RESULTS OF PLASTY OF ESOPHAGUS ATRESIUM IN NEWBORN

Summary. The work is based on a retrospective study using medical and general scientific methods in the framework of a comparative, logical and statistical analysis of the results of treatment of 29 children with esophageal atresia. A comparative analysis of postoperative complications and mortality in esophageal atresia in newborns was performed. A connection between the lethal outcome and the following clinical characteristics of the newborn was established: combined, life-threatening, developmental anomalies, congenital heart defects, pathological conditions of the respiratory system requiring mechanical ventilation, prematurity.
