Development of a highly efficient rotary blanching machine for agricultural products

Abstract The article describes the operating conditions of a rotary blanching machine with synchronization of the angular velocity of the rotor with its metering device. Analytical equations describing the motion of a material particle during the transition from a paddle dispenser to a cassette container are derived. The basic requirement for the blanching machine design is justified, which consists in the fact that by the time the material weight detached from the dispenser blade to the cassette arrives, the lid of the latter must be fully open. This happens in the I-th, then in the II-th quadrant it closes and in the IV-th quadrant it opens.
