ISSUES OF STAFFING IN STRATEGIC PLANNING OF CITIES WITH TOURIST DESTINATIONS

The article discusses the results of the process of strategic planning of cities with tourist destinations and, ultimately, the level of development of the urban tourist complex largely depends on the effectiveness of the selection, employment and use of tourist personnel. One of the most important directions in solving the personnel problem of the industry was the reform of the existing system of higher education in the field of tourism. As part of the reform, new educational programs have been developed for a number of years to strengthen the training base for the tourism industry, and are actively published.
