PAIN SYNDROME AND ITS PATHOGENESIS IN PATIENTS WITH LUMBAR HERNIAS

Objective: to study and review modern methods and mechanisms of formation of herniated intervertebral discs (IVD), their regeneration, existing and scientifically sound methods to improve the effectiveness of therapy for patients with this pathology. Materials: review of modern literature on pathogenetic and pathophysiological mechanisms of degenerative processes that contribute to the formation of IVD hernias. Results: the analysis of existing literature sources on this problem from a scientific point of view allows us to understand and uncover the main mechanisms, as well as the theory of the occurrence of intervertebral hernias.
