CLINICAL FEATURES AND EFFICACY OF THE USE OF NOOTROPICS IN THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE PERIOD OF CONCENTRAL BRAIN

It is of great importance to study the leading clinical symptoms and determine the effectiveness of the use of nootropics in the acute period of concussion for the correct diagnosis and treatment. The present study included data from a comprehensive examination and treatment of 60 patients with concussion, of which 30 received traditional treatment (Group 1), the remaining 30 received nootropic drugs in addition to traditional treatment (Group 2). All patients underwent a comprehensive clinical and instrumental examination, including X-ray, electroencephalographic, ophthalmological, computer and magnetic resonance imaging examinations. The use of nootropics in the complex treatment of TBI accelerates the regression of cerebral and focal symptoms.
