FORMATION OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract. The article defines the role of the federal budget as a critical link in the state's financial system to ensure the state's socio-economic development. The analysis of the mechanism of forming the federal funding in the federal states of foreign countries (USA, Federal Republic of Germany). An assessment is given of the possibility of using foreign experience in forming the federal budget in Uzbekistan.
